We turn browsers into buyers. Convra is a growth studio for Indian direct-to-consumer brands, built on one idea: if it isn’t measured, it isn’t growth — it’s a guess.

Why D2C

Indian D2C is its own discipline. The economics turn on things a generic agency rarely touches: COD share and RTO leakage, checkout drop-off on patchy mobile networks, shipping and prepaid incentives, return rates that quietly eat margin. We chose this lane on purpose, because the levers here are specific and the wins are measurable.

Why tech-first

Most growth problems we see are instrumentation problems wearing a creative costume. Before we touch spend or design, we make sure the data is trustworthy — events fire correctly, attribution is sane, and every change is tied to a number you can read. Then we optimise the funnel from ad click to confirmed, delivered order, not just to “add to cart.”

Why tool-agnostic

We don’t resell a platform or push the stack that pays us the best commission. Shopify or WooCommerce, GA4 or a warehouse, whatever analytics and CRO tooling fits your stage — we work with what serves the brand. The recommendation follows the measurement, not a vendor relationship.

How we’re built

We’re honest about structure because it affects how you’re served. Strategy in-house · Delivery via partners. Strategy, measurement design, and the calls that shape your funnel stay with us and don’t get handed off. Production work — build, creative, and specialist execution — runs through partners we’ve vetted and brief directly, so scope flexes to the project without inflating a payroll you’d ultimately fund.

How to verify us

Convra is new, so we won’t wave client logos or invented results at you. Verify us the way you’d verify any partner you take seriously:

  • Read our method — we publish how the audit works and how we measure, before you pay anything.
  • Ask for references and to speak with the partners who’d deliver your work.
  • Start small with a paid, scoped project. Judge us on what it moves, then decide whether to go further.

We make claims we can prove. Any benchmark we cite is labelled as an India D2C benchmark or an illustrative model — never a result we haven’t earned. We usually reply within 2–3 working days.
